ok so i got the prepaid “pay as you go plan” from t-mobile..and i have been texting so im wondering if the texting charge comes out of the money already in the phone or am i going to get a separate bill in the mail for the texts??

It depends on your plan. Most cell phone texting comes from a monthly prepaid plan that includes unlimited texting. Some prepaid texting does cost for each message sent or receive. You just have to make sure if you have unlimited texting on your plan or it cost you for each text message sent or receive.

With prepaid cell phone services, you do not get a bill in the mail. You should have a online prepaid account through t-mobile that you can look up your account balances and charges.

Does it mean that I can use the e-mail feature with no extra cost (i.e web), if I don’t have web?
Also, I have unlimited texting.

Maybe through T-Mobile. I have AT&T with no web right now. I can send email without subscribing to web, but then am charged a high price for data time. If I had an unlimited web plan, I probably wouldn’t be charged for email.
