Here is Why You Should Consider T-Mobile Smartphone Use for Your Internet Access

Article by Mike Connery

T-Mobile is one of the largest wireless carriers in the USA, the 4th largest with nearly 34 million customers as of 2010. The organization has won four J.D. Power Awards, awards that gives praise and acknowledgements to T-Mobile’s dedication to its customers and quality service. T-Mobile was recognized, with these awards, for its customer care, overall customer satisfaction in addition to call quality. T-Mobile is known for its “Even More” plans that are available for both individual and family users alike. In addition, T-Mobile has captured a segment of the market not catered to by almost any other major wireless carrier: people who want discounted rates. The truth is, T-Mobile is one of the only wireless carriers to make available prepaid cell phone plans at an affordable rate. For example, one of T-Mobile’s newer prepaid plans costs just per month and gives a mix of 1500 talk plus text minutes, together with a small amount of data usage. Of course, T-Mobile also offers its share of smartphones if you’re interested in connecting to the Internet. For their Smartphone plans, however, a 2-year contract is usually required and, like the majority of other wireless providers, you have to purchase a data plan. T-Mobile Plans for Smartphones T-Mobile Smartphone Internet plans are simplified, though, because you can simply select from among the company’s Even More plans that bundle voice minutes, texting as well as data usage. T-Mobile is renowned for offering valuable, one-time specials that allow you to lock-in a rate for a limited time when you’re getting a plan. For instance, T-Mobile’s special offer in April 2011 enables you to get unlimited text, talk and data usage for just per month. In comparison, this is the regular monthly price for the company’s unlimited talk and text with 200 Megabytes of data plan. If you don’t need quite so much talk-time and think you will employ T-Mobile’s texting and wireless internet services more, you can also go in for an Even More that gives you either 500 or 1000 minutes together with text and web services. For instance, you can get 500 minutes of talk-time, unlimited text messages and 200 Megabytes of data for per month. You may also subscribe to T-Mobile’s Internet plans with your Smartphone apart from talk and text plans. If you don’t need as much talk and text time, then the company’s web plans can provide you with data access when you need it. T-Mobile’s 4G Smartphones require data plans which can be as little as per month, which allows 200 Megabytes of data usage monthly. The other plan for 4G Smartphones that T-Mobile has is one that provides an unlimited level of web and data access for just an additional per month along with your voice or text message plan. 3G and 4G Smartphones Like other major wireless carriers in the USA, T-Mobile offers a wide variety of options using the latest phones and Smartphones if you’re considering using data and surfing the web. T-Mobile operates both a 3G and 4G network across the country, and which phone you choose depends upon whether you desire access to the latest network technology. In simple terms, 4G networks provide faster downloading speeds and are overall more dependable than 3G technology, but 4G networks are not available in all markets, as of spring 2011. However, they continue to expand their 4G networks and access to the internet without phone lines will soon be a reality nationwide. When you are searching for the appropriate Smartphone to purchase, T-Mobile has a complete collection of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, Google Android and Windows-powered phones. For instance, the T-Mobile myTouch 4G phone is made to be a mobile video chat phone that contains a built-in high-definition camcorder and 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi functionality that lets you call people over Wi-Fi, as well as native support for GPS. The T-Mobile myTouch 4g Smartphone operates on the Android operating-system and also the phone comes in either black, white, red or plum. Other 4G Android phones include the T-Mobile G2X, the G2, and the Samsung Galaxy. Overall, T-Mobile offers excellent Internet and web2go plans for Smartphone customers and it is one of the top companies competing in the cellular network marketplace. From the availability of its 4G network across the nation to the many Smartphones readily available for use on its network, many customers in the United States are raving followers and devoted to T-Mobile.

Do I absolutely have to get a Premium Mobile Internet Plan for the LG Tritan on US Cellular?

Question by ali (:: Do I absolutely have to get a Premium Mobile Internet Plan for the LG Tritan on US Cellular?
I’m getting a phone for my birthday in August, and I really want the LG Tritan from US Cellular. It’s only around $ 100, but it says it “Requires Premium Mobile Internet Plan” which is $ 20 a month.. I have to sign up for a 2 year contract, so that means $ 480 EXTRA spent on internet for my phone. We can’t afford that extra $ 480, but I would like to get the phone. Is there any way for me to not get the internet, and JUST THE PHONE?

Best answer:

Answer by KlsMyr
Unfortunatly, the Premium Mobile Internet is required. There is no way around not paying the $ 19.95 per month for it. When the phone is activated on your account it is automatically added and cannot be removed unless you switch to a phone that doesn’t require it.

Is there way to get free internet on my iPhone?

Question by Tinaa: Is there way to get free of charge world wide web on my iPhone?
I not too long ago just got an iPhone 2g. It’s jailbroken and unlocked. I have it underneath my tmobile sim card. My current plan does not net on it so I’ve been attempting to get free net. I’ve searched on the web but absolutely nothing seemed to work. I linked my iphone up to my laptop and downloaded a couple apps but my iPhone is not letting me access them. I’m quite conscious that it might be since I don’t have web on my phone. Do you know of a way to get free of charge world wide web on your iPhone or an additional way to access my iTunes or apps?

- I tried altering my APN to “epc.tmobile.com” does not work.
Stop telling me to use WIFI because I’ve already attempted it it is common sense to attempt WIFI before I go asking for aid.

Yeah over the past year or two these smartphones have turn out to be smarter than the individuals that really use them. They should have a “automobile off” technique. specially people that walk and text at the exact same time at school.

Finding Places To Access The Internet For Free

Article by Ron King

In an increasingly wireless globe, there are lots of places exactly where you can connect your laptop to the web when you are out and about. These locations are called “hotspots,” and if you know exactly where to locate them, you may never ever want to go property once again.

How To Uncover Public Hotspots

The very first place to appear for hotspots is large public institutions. Libraries are increasingly providing wireless access. And, if you’re a student, probabilities are that your campus is already wireless-enabled, or will be soon.

Searching Out Private Hotspots

The private sector, although, is the real development place in wireless hotspots. Corporations are falling over themselves to present no cost net access to their clients. Cafes, hotels and airports are all starting to give wireless access to everyone nearby. All you need to have to bring is a wireless prepared laptop.

You might wonder how it benefits corporations to provide totally free wireless net access. They are prepared to pay the minimal expense in exchange for the new buyers it brings in, specifically in areas where internet access is hard to discover. Customers see wireless access as a massive added value, and they vote with their feet and wallets for locations that supply it.

Tracking Down The Hotspots

Even though there are thousands of hotspots, they don’t advertise this service properly. Undertaking an net search for hotspots in your town could really surprise you. In a town of any size, it would be surprising if there weren’t lots of hotspots to pick from.

There are plenty of websites you can go to to find hotspots. The most comprehensive, even though, is generally thought to be JiWire.com. Or you can type your zip code into Yahoo Maps and select ‘WiFi Hotspots’ from the menu on the right of the screen.

Can’t be bothered with all this? Then just search for a Starbucks. They are everywhere, and virtually all of them supply wireless world wide web access. Borders and Kinko’s are also good spots to try. Failing that, just ask at a location of your choice.

Not All Hotspots Are Totally free

Some of the bigger hotspot networks require a small fee to a wireless Internet Service Provider to use them. You generally get a prepaid card exactly where the access is offered — it is straightforward and inexpensive. If you want to save your money, just stick to the smaller, independent spots.

Get Your Own No cost Hotspot Computer software

If you like going to hotspots, you may well be interested in an easier way to find them. Just download and install hotspot locator application on your laptop or computer. This software has a database of identified hotspots that you can search at any time, whether you’re on the web or offline. Just sort in a zip code or the name of the town, and the application will give you a list of the nearest hotspots, sorted by distance from you. Every time you make an World wide web connection, the software downloads the latest hotspot list, to preserve your database current. How cool is that?

This hotspot locator software is available free of charge from hotspot provider internet sites. T-Mobile Hotspot, for instance, at: http://www.tmobile.com/hotspot.
