I was wondering if I can break an AT&T contract and buy the Atrix from Best Buy or is that still under AT&T even though I didn’t buy it online from them?

Also, I’ve been researching and trying to compare an iPhone 4 and the Atrix and a lot of people have said that the Atrix is way better. I would like some opinions if I should get an Atrix instead of an iPhone.

As long as you pay the early termination fee, you can get your next phone and contract from any carrier or authorized carrier retailer (like Best Buy).

After all, you don’t want to get stuck with a phone that isn’t relevant for most of your contract time! With all of the options that are available, which phone would you choose–the one you can afford that keeps up or the one you can’t afford that will only be shiny pretty soon?
