The fact is the back pack is put together very well it is by far very good, the solar panel how ever looks like it is home made like I asked my neighbor to make it in his garage and it has less amps then rubbing my feet on the carpet. The cell can not put out enough Amps, this is very important to get things to run look at the amps in solar panels this is everything the voltage doesn't matter. If it is 110 v or 4 volt if you don't have enough amps to run a device is useless, sorry but might work with your devices it didn't work with anything I wanted it too, even my phone didn't have the adapter I wanted. I was going to use this to either power my small mp3, usb battery recharger, or a USB fan turns out I could do nothing. This item does NOT fit the droid 4. At least properly.
