T MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!

I Was on hold trying to get a TMOBILE customer service agent for one hours and 35 min!!! Every time I call since December of 2009 every time I call 611 on my tmobile phone it takes at least 45min to get an agent. This time I hung up the phone and could not wait. TMOBILE SUCKS!!!

I ordered two phones and service and then canceled the next day with T-mobile. The t-mobile operator told me that the phones would be canceled and that the UPS would cease the shipment. Two months right after I received a bill for 240.00 for the two phone lines that had been in no way even utilised. I called T-mobile and asked for an explanation and they stated there was never ever a cancelation and that I ought to pay the 240.00. I am frustrated with their so called “client service” I do not really feel that I need to have to pay.

Go to some kind of goverment customer council/ shoppers association and report it. Then they will take action. Try the police as well. But never ever ever go into a Tmobile shop and begin a conflict!
