My Internet Explorer was corrupted, everytime I tried to get online it would freeze on the Yahoo site. Dell support was on the phone with me for 2 hours to figure it out, so I gave the Dell Tech. control of my computer and she downloaded Mozilla Fire Fox. I asked her to add the Yahoo toolbar, which she did, reluctantly (don’t know why). I used to have a Google window where I could just “google” whatever I was looking for and now it’s gone along with my ability to use the scroll bar on the mouse pad (Dell Inspiron E1705 laptop, 6 months old, if it makes a difference). Can anyone out there help a computer illiterate Google/Yahoo friend? I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks so much in advance:) Frustrated!
Thanks for the answers so far, the Dell Tech said that if I add more toolbars I would have more problems. Is she correct? I sound computer challenged because it’s new to me:{ Thanks for the help:)

and how much did this cost you, simple things you can do it yourself job would save you all that, go to google.ca and download there toolbar, but you only need one toolbar google is not hard to find

So, today I had a floor interview at a dermatologist’s office for full-time lpn position. The whole interview went great until the very end. The lady who was doing the hiring told me that she had to set me up a “phone interview” through this new service they have. She told me just to be honest and answer everything. She said it wasn’t a pass or fail type of thing. It was to see whether or not I was a fit for the position. They’ll ask me scenerio type questions and whatever. She told me google “phone interview” to see what I would expect. Well, this phone interview is scheduled for tomorrow at 11:30 am and I really REALLY want this job. Any suggestions?? Has anyone ever had a phone interview before??
I was told the phone interview was to determine if I was a “fit” for their office. It’s kind of like a screening to see if whether or not 8 weeks down the road I would just say “oh this job isn’t for me” after all the training and if I’m fit for the job. If I get good results, then I think I basically got the job. My phone interview is in 5 hours!

well, usually phone interview comes before in-person interview, to narrow down their candidates. Its pretty much the same as a regular interview, just over the phone. I’m guessing that it would be done by their HR person since you already had a meeting with the managers.
Don’t worry about it too much, try to be relaxed and confident when you talk to them. Its probably going to be more general questions, but make sure to have everything in front of you if they need any specific information. They might ask you something about your resume, your other skills, as well us where you live, why do you want a job. I think its going to be a very generic type of questions that you just need to be prepared to answer.
